



The WODs are catching on. It's awesome to witness some of the climbers go beyond just climbing. However, we are in need of a technique and quality of movement class. Everybody is doing great we just don't need any lame injuries.

I'm a certified CrossFit trainer. I'd be happy to run you guys through the fundamental lifts (Deadlift, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Push Press, Push Jerk, etc.) in exchange for a climbing lesson :)
